Practically defining, religion and ethics are very much interlinked. It is more so in India because both fix at the same destination in their own ways. Despite this, theoretically the distinction between the two cannot be neglected. Religion is a faith in divine force which is regarded as the guiding principle of this universe in some way or the other. This study analyses the principle which is known through various names as Supreme Reality, Highest Force, Almighty and God .But in all these conceptions, there is hidden belief that there is a divine power through which the whole world mechanism is guided. It is accepted that man attempts to understand that ultimate ground of this universe through several ways and this attempt on the part of man to know the actuality of religion. When we try to understand the relationship between religion and ethics: one significant question arises at the very outset. That is whether the belief in God is important for leading ethical life or not? Thinkers say that belief in God is not important for leading a moral life.
Archana Copyright (c) 2022 2022-08-15 2022-08-15 1 1 16 20 Mathematics Teaching-Learning for Students with Intellectual Disabilities: Systematic Literature Review Year 2010-2020 https://seminar.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/ISECN/article/view/90
Students with intellectual disabilities have the right to learn all academic fields, including mathematics which is often considered a difficult subject. Churu district belongs to the State of Rajasthan, the State of Rajasthan is located in north-western India. From geographical spread point of view has extension from 27°24' to 29° north latitudes and 73°40' to 75°41' east longitudes. It is bounded by Hanumangarh in north, Bikaner in west, Nagaur in south and Sikar, Jhunjhunu districts and boundaries of Haryana State in the east.

The plant species- Capparis decidua belongs to the family-Capparaceae and it is a muchbranched straggling, glabrous shrub. It is leafless, except in young shoots only and these fall down at very early stage. In arid zone Churu district above 80 percent of the total plants are observed as in the form-shrub but below 20 percent are found as in the stage of tree in different habitats where it reached to height from 3 to 10 m.

Both take placed in the period of March to June months. The rhythem of flowering and fruiting of the species is biannual, ie. first flowering period remains from April to May followed by first fruiting period from May to June where as second flowering period runs from September to October which is followed by the second fruiting period from October to November.

It belongs to the vegetation group of shrub. Plant belongs to the class of ‘leafless’ and spiny as well as thorny under the xerophytic-categorisation for the flora of desert, and also from leaf-classes point o view. Due to more shruby by nature it falls under the group of ‘nanophanerophyte’ but sometimes it comes under the group of micro-phanerophytes when it attained the size as well as shape of a tree

The observations over the study sites scattered throughout the Semi-arid area of Churu district in different habitats show the nature of its distribution. This is a common plant as found throughout the area under study. Thus, by nature of its plant growth as well as for survival this shrub species is characterised by polyclimax tendency of succession. Due to its drought resistant character its development coincides in most of the habitats with the prevailing desertic conditions.

It is a multipurpose economic shrub species and therefore out of five it covers four categories of applications or rather to say uses, which are; fuel, medicinal, edible, and commercial.

It covers the Afro-Asian region which falls under the tropical belt of the globe. The country sites which fall in this westward extension are; tropical African countries specially north-east Africa, Arabia, Upper Egypt, Iraq, South Iran, Baluchistan and Pakistan, and western India but has no eastward extension in India. Padlet is becoming more widely known when people switch to online activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since its establishment in 2012, many studies have discussed the impact of using Padlet for learning, but so far, no systematic analysis of the results. This article presents the results of a literature review on how Padlet affects class dynamics, learning performance, and students' perceptions. This literature review includes 16 journal articles published from 2017 to 2022. The main result is that using Padlet for learning has a positive effect on class dynamics, learning performance, and students' perceptions. However, some studies state that Padlet has little effect on learning. Students mentioned that Padlet did not assist them in learning the content as Padlet only accommodates simple activities, is less easy to use when there is too much content, causes misunderstanding or receiving erroneous information due to lack of face-to-face communication, and has limited access to non-paying basic plans.
Siti Musayaroh Copyright (c) 2022 2022-08-15 2022-08-15 1 1 314 321 Evaluation of The E-Learning System Usability Using The System Usability Scale (SUS) https://seminar.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/ISECN/article/view/133
This study uses quantitative data which is then analyzed using statistics to answer more specific questions, and to predict that a certain variable affects other variables. Students struggle to write scientific articles because it is difficult to find writing topics. Students also struggle to come up with creative ideas for scientific articles. Furthermore, the situation of students who work while studying facilitates the use of the blended learning method. Because it is supported by three face-to-face learning components, e-learning empowerment, and mobile learning, the collaboration of blended learning components has a positive impact on student learning development. Learning to write scientific articles was done in a hybrid fashion during the covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic learning process, blended learning proved to be an extremely effective solution. The study employs an experimental design with research samples drawn from UPB State Administration students in the odd semester of 2021/2022. The findings revealed that blended learning was very effective in improving students' learning outcomes for writing scientific articles. Based on the results of statistical tests, the following conclusions were reached. First, the blended learning method has an effect on students' learning outcomes when it comes to writing scientific articles because and = 1,657 means t with dk=25. However, maintaining performance at school and religious obligations had become difficult challenges that emerged due to the stay-at-home policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The intensifying Instagram usage among Indonesian teenagers is predicted to significantly contribute to this problem. This study focused on analyzing the impact of Instagram usage on the academic and religious performances of adolescent Muslims in Indonesia during the pandemic. The author utilized qualitative methodology by applying focus group interviews to test the Media Dependency theory as the basis of this study. The population for the study was 24 Muslim male students aged 15–18 from Jakarta, Indonesia. An indexing and retrieval system was used through identifying key terms and grouping the interview excerpt into salient themes for data analysis. Findings showed that the respondents have a higher endorsement of the individualizing foundations comprised of harm/care and fairness/reciprocity, which was found to have manifested a strong positive attitude towards brand activism. On the other hand, binding foundations consisted of purity/sanctity, authority/respect, and ingroup/loyalty exhibited a weak attitude. These results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the moral foundations of Filipino university students and their attitude towards brand activism. Thus, the researchers recommend that advertisers and advertising practitioners consider using brand activism in their future campaigns as it has shown that the similarity in the principles of brand and consumers will elicit a positive consumer attitude. The Indonesian state must be vigilant, for that citizens are expected to carry out activities at home and maintain a distance to slow the spread of covid 19. The COVID-19 pandemic has made various changes in every aspect of life, one of which is education. The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted the learning process directly. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one alternative that can overcome this problem. Online learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behavior and minimizes the emergence of student crowds so that they are considered to reduce the potential for the spread of Covid-19 in the school environment. However, in practice there is a lack of supervision of students, a lack of strong signal in remote areas, and the high cost of quotas. This is a challenge for students in participating in online learning. For this reason, the government and universities must make policies that support students in participating in online learning. On the other hand, increasing learning independence, interest and motivation, the courage to express ideas and questions are other advantages of online learning. This study aims to explain the independence of students in online learning at SMK Negeri 1 Simpangkatis, during the COVID-19 pandemic which is increasingly widespread in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews and field observations. Therefore, a learning application using zoom meeting as an online learning model at SMK Negeri 1 Simpangkatis in class X using a zoom meeting on a Smartphone (android), the zoom meeting application is the best solution for teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, will be very helpful in conducting online learning at the current education level.
Muhammad Wahyudin Prio Adi Maulana Widodo Copyright (c) 2022 2022-08-15 2022-08-15 1 1 475 479 Mapping Skill and Workplace Human Resources Leading Innovative Products Natural Fiber Vocational Village in Tuksono, Sentolo, Kulon Progo https://seminar.ustjogja.ac.id/index.php/ISECN/article/view/161
Natural fiber is one of the natural resources that has a lot of potential to be utilized in Indonesia.
