Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of organizational activity to teacherpreneur students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a student population who is active in the management of student organizations in the 2021/2022 academic year. This study used a purposive sampling technique of 55 active students and a questionnaire to collect data that was tested for validation with a product moment error rate of 5%, obtained 19 valid items of organizational activity instruments and 30 teacherpreneur items were declared valid. Reliability test with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of organizational activity is 0.912 and teacherpreneur is 0.899. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques, validation tests, analysis prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. Research results 1) Organizational activity contributes 36.2% to student teacherpreneur with teacherpreneur level in the good category and organizational activity level in the very active category. Students who are active in organizations can become teacherpreneurs who are confident, creative, innovative, result-oriented and future-oriented, willing to take risks, leadership, and able to develop themselves in a sustainable manner to achieve goals and improve the quality of education.
