Pengendalian kualitas proses pembotolan Soman 1 menggunakan metode statistical proses control pada PT Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia

Permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan diantaranya terkait kualitas pada produk soman 1 yang mengalami kecacatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kecacatan yang terjadi pada produk soman 1, menentukan jenis cacat, menemukan penyebab terjadinya dan mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kecacatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Statistical Process Control, dalam mengamati 4 jenis cacat yaitu cacat plug lepas, label rusak, label kotor, dan cap rusak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk soman 1 pada PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia yaitu berdasarkan peta kendali terdapat data yang berada diluar batas kendali dan jenis kecacatan yang paling banyak terjadi pada soman 1 adalah kecacatan cap rusak sebesar 37% dari total produk cacat pada periode 2022. Dari hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara, faktor – faktor yang menjadi penyebab kecacatan soman 1 yaitu disebabkan karena faktor mesin, lingkungan, manusia dan metode.
ABSTRACT
The problems experienced by the company are related to the quality of Soman 1 products which have defects. This study aims to determine the defects that occur in the Soman 1 product, determine the type of defect, find the cause of the occurrence and determine the factors that influence the level of disability. This study uses Statistical Process Control methods, in observing 4 types of defects, namely defective plugs, damaged labels, dirty labels, and damaged stamps. The results showed that the product quality of Soman 1 at PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia, which is based on the control chart, there are data that are outside the control limits and the type of defect that most often occurs in Soman 1 is defective stamp defects of 37% of the total defective products in the 2022 period. From the results of field observations and interviews, the factors that influence The cause of Soman 1's disability is caused by machine, environmental, human and method factors.
