Abstract

Currently, the Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector is one of the fields that has an important role in encouraging economic growth in Indonesia. One of the MSMEs whose growth is very rapid is the laundry service business, the laundry business has a high increase in consumers, because the busy demands of work cause people to not have time to wash clothes. However, when the pandemic spread, MSMEs had a very high impact because of the lockdown policy carried out by the government. Here researchers try to analyze what things are done by MSME actors, especially the House Laundry business by identifying SWOT for the application of the Business Model Canvas
