Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of work discipline to the professionalism of elementary school teachers Se Kapanewon Moyudan Sleman. This research was conducted at SD Se Kapanewon Moyudan Sleman. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research is all teachers at SD Se Kapanewon Moyudan Sleman totaling 187 teachers. Validity test using product moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. Test requirements analysis using normality test and linearity test. The results of this study obtained that there was a positive and significant influence, work discipline on the Professionalism of Elementary School Teachers in Kapanewon Moyudan Sleman.
