This research aims at improving the fifth-grade students’ sains achievement applying constructivism approach in SDN Kepuharjo, Cangkringan school year 2022/2023. This classroom action research used Kemmis and McTaggart model. This research was conducted in Kepuharjo elementary school, Cangkringan, Sleman. The subjects of this study were the fifth-grade students of SDN Kepuharjo which was consisted of 15 male students and 8 female students. The data gathering techniques used in this research were tests and observations. The research instruments were in form of tests and observation sheets. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative method. The result of research with implementation of constructivism approach to increase students’ learning sains achievement in SDN Kepuharjo. Based on the test of cycle I, after using constructivism approach, the average score increase from 60 to 82 with the learning mastery which also increase from 26% to 91%. In cycle II, with the improvement of handicaps find in the cycle I, the average score were 86 with 100% learning mastery.
