Numerical literacy learning at Demakijo 2 Public Elementary School has not been maximized, as can be seen from the results of the education report cards in the numeracy literacy section which are still red. For this reason, SD Negeri Demakijo 2 holds a market day program which is held every month. This study aims to determine the implementation of numeracy literacy learning in market day activities, the benefits and obstacles experienced. This study used a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were teachers of grades 2 to 5, representatives of students in grades 4 and 5, as well as representatives of parents of students in grades 2 and 3. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the market day program to improve the numeracy literacy culture at SD Negeri Demakijo 2 showed success, as evidenced by the increase in the results of the 2023 education report cards. Other benefits obtained were the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit, strengthening of independent, confident and creative character. The obstacles experienced were the distribution and number of menus which did not accommodate the number of students at SD Negeri Demakijo 2.
