This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiation learning with quantum teaching in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data collection are questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by combining information obtained from several data sources from the results of questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of differentiation learning in elementary schools can be carried out with quantum teaching, namely through TANDUR (Embed, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, Celebrate) learning activities and by going through stages 1) planning learning activities, 2) selecting media and examples of work, 3) learning activities, 4) evaluation, and 5) reflection. Implementation of differentiation learning with quantum teaching can foster creativity in students according to their interests and talents or habits they like. Differentiation learning can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning and develop abilities according to their strengths so that they can facilitate students' needs according to their interests and talents. Learning can be carried out in several ways that can be developed, namely content, processes, products, and the learning environment.
