Mathematical creative thinking ability is an important ability that must be possessed to face challenges in the 21st century. But in reality this ability is still low, one of the influencing factors is the teacher-centered learning process. An alternative solution to improve students' mathematical creative thinking ability is the implementation of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model. This study aims to identify the CPS model in improving students' mathematical creative thinking ability and research methods used through the Systematic Literature Review using 15 articles out of 319 articles that meet the inclusion criteria and are published in 2019-2023. The article uses international and national journals based on Google Scholar and Scopus databases. The results of this study show that research related to students' mathematical creative thinking skills in the implementation of the CPS model from articles published in 2019-2023 uses most quantitative research methods and the CPS learning model is proven to be able to improve mathematical creative thinking skills.
